Cancellation

We unfortunately had to cancel our holiday the week before we were due to travel as my father was ill and subsequently died. There was no problem getting all our holiday money reimbursed which was extremely comforting at a difficult time. Thank you Reviewed on: 13th August 2019

Was late to apply for insurance

I got the insurance online I just picked up the phone and phoned I found a nice lady who attended me very well after she explained about the types of insurance she had I chose a cheaper one due to financial problems after paying I asked her if she can post it same Monday because I was going on Thursday to Israel and it was a must to have it She told me it takes few weeks but she's is going to send on massages in no waste of time I received it instantly I got my insurance no and sent to travelling organiser I so happy because I was going to loose my money if I didn't have it I am going to introduce it to my friends who will be going next year as well myself I will purchase it Reviewed on: 13th August 2019

Getting older - still travelling!

Both my husband (69) and I (73) are obviously getting older with all the normal ageing problems. You'd think it would be obvious that there would be health issues. Not for many insurance companies. But Goodtogoinsurance doesn't treat us like crumbling oldies. It's all taken properly into account, the site is very easy to use and we always get a good price which allows us to continue travelling to our home in France as we always used to.
