I think that the travel inurance that you provide is very good. One reservation that I have, is that the premium can be fairly expensive due to certain health issues as well as being an older person. Overall the service that you provide on the phone with queries that I have had, have been answered by your staff have been answered in a freindly and professional way. Reviewed on: 11th August 2026

I had been going through treatment for breast cancer and had my annual holiday insurance cancelled once I contacted them to tell them of a change of circumstance. Obviously this came as a shock to me as this particular insurance company was started by someone who had experienced breast cancer and found it tricky to get travel insurance. I was told of several companies and organisations that could help me by friends and searched various compare sites. That’s when Good to go came to my attention. I received a quote and then phoned them to double check everything was in order and they had all the relevant correct information of my current condition. The gentleman I spoke with could not have been more helpful, he made everything very clear and I felt very confident and reassured I could go ahead with my much needed family holiday. It had been a very stressful emotional time and I cannot describe the feeling of at last finding an insurance company that could help me and at the same time provided such excellent customer service !!
