When I was shopping for travel insurance and comparing companies Goodtogo was by far the best price. When I checked my documents I discovered that autofil had entered wrong information. I contacted Goodtogo who amended it very efficiently. I had to contact them again when my wife received an appointment for cataract surgery. That was also sorted out very efficiently. Although I haven't needed to claim, goodtogoinsurance.com was one of the only providers who would insure me at a decent price with medical conditions. Called when I had a medical device fitted which was related to a declared condition but not listed itself, they were great at getting this noted and called me back as promised once it was all done.
