Both our 80s and have never claimed anythi.ng before.

We are both in our 80s and have never claimed anything in our lives before. Husband had to be treated at US hospital. Some mixup with the claim. They sent details to debt collectors, who said we were liable to pay the bill. This went on for 10 months. I wrote to debt collectors telling them to deal directly with insurance company. Finally ins co. sorted it out, sent us details of how much to pay due to mixup. I have now paid that amount and hopefully after a very worrying 10 months, everything is finally settled.
