I needed to add some health conditions, and the price of the policy was excellent, and reflected the likelihood that no-one of my conditions would require medical treatment on the trip. When I messed up, accidentally taking out two separate policies, it was easy to speak to a person and get them combined (and one refunded) and when my return date changed by a day, it was easy to extend the policy by email - and I wasn't even charged for the extra day.
