To be honest Iv never enjoyed dealing with insurance companies. It’s such a long winded process. But the guys Iv dealt with at got you covered over the last few years have been brilliant! They haven’t kept me waiting on anything. If Iv had to wait on the phone for whatever reason, they have always been happy to call me back with quotes etc, all while I can go along with my day to day business. Very polite and informative. When renewing my car insurance, I came across got you covered and it was the best customer service i had received in a long time (regarding car insurance) The lady (forgot her name) was super kind and very helpful.
