When renewing my car insurance, I came across got you covered and it was the best customer service i had received in a long time (regarding car insurance) The lady (forgot her name) was super kind and very helpful. When not many insurers would take me on got you covered were able to find a policy for me, even when in financial difficulties they were able to move my payments around to help. Customer service very good and friendly and quick to answer the phone which is rare for insurance companies. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022
