Perfect Customer Service

Bristol Credit Union helped me get into a new home. The were absolutely amazing, they took care of all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign and I even done this via email. The team are really friendly and easy to access, no long waiting times on the phone and are always quick to answer emails. They have a very family run type business feel about them whilst always being super professional. I have recommended them to two family members who have both used them and they also had the same great service. Overall I cannot say a bad word about them they are just perfect. Positive approach

Been a member for many years, way back in 2006. Was made redundant, credit card debt and a mortgage. Single parent with a child with learning disabilities. Felt like I was truly lost, but I sort advice from this wonderful company who assisted me with a loan to pay off my debts and keep a roof over my head. Learnt the hard way due to their support with budgeting the finances I had coming in, I made through and have not looked back. Thank you for giving and helping me keep my sanity. Empathetic Service

Totally professional service from initial phone contact right through to completion of loan transaction. Thoughtful customer service whenever have needed to contact. Good internet account access too. Great competitive loans

I took a loan when other company's wouldn't touch me, I had to rebuild my credit rating and Great Western Credit Union helped me to do so ,there rates are good, now I'm in the position that I paid the loan and I have savings .So happy now, better with money than I've ever been. Helpful and understanding.

My experience has been nothing but great. When moving into our new home they helped us with upfront costs, when me and my daughter became unwell they were understanding and helpful when I was struggling financially during that time.
