Quick and affordable

Using the portal online is simple and easy to follow customer services at the Bristol branch are very helpful and polite. Easy affordable loans the best part which you don't usually find with other company's as long as you pay back and stick to your agreement you can still borrow more if needed after a certain period. Accessible Ethical and Pleasing.

I have lived on a small to moderate income all my life having made the conscious decision to work self employed in community arts with young people, which isn't a big earner to say the least. It is very pleasing to me that I can put small amounts of surplus income into my Great Western Credit Union account and know that it is being ethically managed. When I need a small loan to get me through a low income period I can do so at a reasonable interest rate. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Excellent and approachable customer service

Happy customer for more than 10 years. Without fail there is always help available, be it online or, when needed, by phone! Not to mention all it means to the community at large, I'm feeling personally taken care of and of my needs in banking.
