Excellent service during difficult times

Great Western Credit Union gave me a lifeline and provided an excellent service during difficult times. I was made redundant and reliant on benefits and since my mental and physical health conditions have had an impact on my life financially. The service provided has and continues help me during this difficult period. I highly recommend Great Western Credit Union to others that may have been refused credit elsewhere. Thank you GWCU. GWCU creates community

At a time when cost of living is so high, coming across an organisation like GWCU is refreshing. You can tell they care, the staff are very meticulous and profit does not seem to be the overall concern. But rather growing WITH and supporting the local community. So many people will be able to find better footing because of this. I really appreciate their help and their approach to my loan which has really helped me to stabilise my finances. Perfect Customer Service

Bristol Credit Union helped me get into a new home. The were absolutely amazing, they took care of all the paperwork, all I had to do was sign and I even done this via email. The team are really friendly and easy to access, no long waiting times on the phone and are always quick to answer emails. They have a very family run type business feel about them whilst always being super professional. I have recommended them to two family members who have both used them and they also had the same great service. Overall I cannot say a bad word about them they are just perfect.
