Brilliant online service that saves time and effort

I've used Habito twice now and have been really impressed with the product range, quality of service and flexibility to adapt quickly to my specific needs. Communication is clear, regular and friendly, helping remove the stress from what can be a long and intense house buying experience. I also made use of Habito Plus, which is very competitive on price with other conveyancers, and helps remove the usual barriers and communication delays between parties. First broker to surprise me!

I am renewing my mortgage for the first time and of course I am shopping around trying to get the best deal by talking to multiple brokers and seeing what access they habe. After talking to about 5 brokers in total, Habito were the first and only ones that asked me if I wanted to consider an overpayment in order to get me into the next LTV % threshold in order to obtain a better rate.
