An amazing customer experience

Remortgaging is a bit daunting, but Habito made the process simple, with a clear pathway and prompts for information. The process was handled very quickly, and even continued outside of office hours. The live chat with my advisor was so much more accessible than having to phone or email a brick-and-mortar advisor. The online interface is very well designed, and the advisors themselves are helpful, prompt, and pleasant to work with. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Easy and convenient

The website was easy to navigate and the chat function was extremely convenient. The advisors were friendly and professional and their advice was clear and detailed. It was useful to also see a list of the products that had been rejected and why. Extremely efficient, hassle-free and value-add support!

I've been using Habito as my go-to mortgage broker ever since we bought our first house three years ago - Got my first mortgage approved, renewed it last year and now getting help with porting my mortgage whilst I buy a new house. Their level of quality and efficiency is just unmatched. The online platform is extremely easy to use (very intuitive), the customer support and advisory through online chats is super convenient (as you don't need to make endless phone calls, you essentially run the process on your own time and pace whilst the Habito team is very quick to respond on their end) and the team itself is superb (super friendly, knowledgeable and proactive staff who is very keen to get you the best deal possible). In sum, I've had the opportunity to use a few other mortgage advisors since I started looking to buy my first place three years ago and I must say - none got even close to quality, speed and peace of mind that I've been getting with Habito. Easy, attentive, simple

The overall process was very hassle-free. We were not rushing to re-mortgage and so we were able to ask our mortgage advisor a lot of questions before deciding on a new deal, and he gave quick and detailed answers when we did. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
