Arranging a remortgage with Habito

The whole process was quick, smooth and transparent. My mortgage expert, Joe, was responsive and found a good deal which suited our needs. I appreciated the information on deals considered and rejected, and the fact that Habito was transparent when other deal were available direct from lenders. Quick, Friendly & Extremely Efficient Customer Service!!

Used Habito a year ago to source a BTL mortgage as our usual broker was unavailable. I was a little unsure at first but we had been given glowing recommendations to give them a go. Well, their whole service right from the start was unlike anything I’ve experienced! Our usual broker had amazing service but Habito’s was simply unreal - Being able to send documents and chat all through the online portal was a dream. We used them again for our residential mortgage in the summer and will be using them going forward on all our mortgages properties. The anxiety and paperwork when applying for a mortgage was massively reduced using Habito. Singing their praises to all - I have to buy more properties so I can use them again !
