Never known such bad customer service

It is a nightmare dealing with Halifax. the staff are okay once you get into a branch but otherwise it is immensely frustrating dealing with their products. More than once they have got into an incredible muddle because the left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing and I have had to spend hours with customer service. . Savings accounts are super handy

Although the interest rates are pants (which bank doesn't have a pants interest rate?!), the savings account is super easy to use and it's handy that you're able to create a standing order to it so you can auto-save each month. Love it, couldn't be happier. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023
