Very informative and helpful

Me and my husband went for an appointment to renew our mortgage and while we were there we arranged home insurance with them.....We got a discount on the price due to having bank accounts with them....The advisor was very helpful and answered all questions we put to her . The product itself is excellent we have the top of the range product with unlimited cover and accidental damage cover. All for less than £20 p/m. All in all we were very happy with the service provided by Halifax in dealing with our needs. Would totally recommend. Reviewed on: 12th August 2015

Recently took out Buildings & Contents insurance online. Form was easy to complete and there was no charge for monthly direct debit.

My Buildings and Contents insurance was due for renewal recently, so I went online and found that Halifax were offering the cheapest price and also they were paying £50 cash back. I was also able to pay by monthly Direct Debit at no extra cost. The cash back was paid into my account very soon afterwards. So all in all a very easy transaction. Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

Straight forward

Comprehensive
