Very good price with excellent cover, including higher value items. I would give full scores if I had experienced their claims, although I'd prefer not to, but if I need to make a claim, I expect full excellent service and resolution. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Horrible company,waste of money

The claim was being dealt with slowly.They then closed down my claim because they couldn't reach me on the phone once. They obviously didn't keep track on what was going on. I've tried to restart the claim twice. An automated answer phone told me to only start a claim on the phone,if I'm a vulnerable person. Otherwise I should use the online application form. I did, so far it has been ignored. They obviously do whatever they want to. I'll have to fix the damage myself. ... Reviewed on: 5th June 2023

Horrible insurance company

The halifax insurance is really a waste of money for a customer by paying monthly payments, thinking that your home is protected. Ones you put a claim they really insult your home by paying you money for damage priced by year 1984. They sent someone to assess my damage and he was really unqualified to assess damage. He had no building experience, he was voice recording as he was walking through my house about the damage and my husband ,a qualified joiner with 38 years experienc... Reviewed on: 3rd May 2023

Utter shysters, when you attempt to make a claim they use every trick in the book to block you actually making the claim. Use another insurance provider, that’s what I’ll be doing! Reviewed on: 25th March 2023
