Great bank

I have a Help to Buy ISA with Halifax. It was easy to set up and the rates are great. I have a standing order monthly to put the max amount possible into the ISA. Great! Reviewed on: 14th November 2017

Great interest rate

My ISA was earning 4% interest in the first year and then it dropped to only 3.5% in the second year. Current interest rates for ISAs are only 1.5% so this is a great rate! Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Friendly & Helpful

The customer service is fantastic. Whenever I have a query or need some help, the people on the other end of the phone are delightful. Not sure how Halifax compare to other banks for interest rates etc, but I'm not even contemplating changing banks anytime soon. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Easy to set up

Works like all help to buy isas, but I noted this one was particularly easy to set up. Not had to withdraw the funds yet but hopefully will be similarly straightforward. Reviewed on: 1st May 2017
