SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Buying a house is one of the most stressful situations but we are very grateful to have had the help of Hanley Economic. We first saw Rachel Ecclestone in the Longton branch who perfectly explained what a mortgage is and we went through what would best suit the both of us. Then we were introduced to our mortgage advisor Lana Beech who throughout the whole process has been professional and extremely supportive. Lana was always checking up on us to see how we were doing and was always keeping us up to date with what was going on. No questions at all went unanswered.
