SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

I recently completed on a self build mortgage with Hanley Economic. I was assisted throughout the application process by Lana who was extremely supportive, kept me updated regularly and responded to any of my questions promptly. Can't recommend this local building society enough!

Following an extremely informative and helpful meeting with a mortgage advisor, I have decided to remain with the Hanley on a variable rate mortgage. There were no delays to the paperwork and I was kept fully informed throughout the process. Reviewed on: 13th August 2024

Lana was lovely, professional and cared

I recently completed on my house purchase with The Hanley. My mortgage advisor was Lana. Lana was amazing. She made the process seamless. She gave us updates throughout. She made us aware upfront of what we needed so we could provide all the documents so nothing would be delayed. She was so lovely and friendly. She even sent us a congratulations card when we moved in, which we both said was a lovely touch. I would recommend The Hanley as they have a fantastic advisor (Lana) and the products offered were really good compared to other lenders. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024

The guidance and support we received throughout, made the whole process as stress free as possible.
