SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

A company who values their clients

We have recently secured a second product with the Hanley after a successful 2 years of self build mortgage borrowing. This process has been challenging for both the mortgage company and ourselves as clients. Specifically, Lana, our advisor, and Danielle and Lauren in Underwriting were particularly supportive and helpful throughout and without their knowledge, expertise and a great deal of patience, we wouldn't have got through to mortgage offer stage. The Hanley have worked with us to find a suitable product and it felt like a collective process rather than one in which suits the lender only. Excellent Mortgage Products & Customer Service

I initially contacted Hanley because I was attracted by their mortgage products which were very competitive at the time I applied. I received excellent customer service from start to finish with the processing of my mortgage application. The staff were always polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
