SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

I have just finalised my RIO mortgage, Jane Longmore was my advisor she was engaging, friendly and professional. Jane kept me informed throughout the whole process either via emails or telephone. To my experience, over 20 years, Hanley is probably best lender ever. Not only they have the best and unique lifetime tracker product; unlike high street lenders, AI or algorithm led, with "computer says nooo!" attitude, they have real people with experience, ready to listen to individual circumstances and needs, considering actual bank statements, rather than what Mickey Mouse reference agencies hold in record. 100% recommend! Buying a house is one of the most stressful situations but we are very grateful to have had the help of Hanley Economic. We first saw Rachel Ecclestone in the Longton branch who perfectly explained what a mortgage is and we went through what would best suit the both of us. Then we were introduced to our mortgage advisor Lana Beech who throughout the whole process has been professional and extremely supportive.
