Poor service trying to get a better interest rate

Wanted an account with a better interest rate than current isa, given little options, little discussions or advice. Given some leaflets. Will close account. I get a better interest rate with a savings account with Sainsbury’s. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2019

A massive thank you to Rachel from the Longton branch for her help in getting to the bottom of a missing payment from my savings to HMRC and providing additional info to help with my appeal.
