After receiving a quote from Pet plan for our Patterdale terrier I did some further investigation and found that Healthy's Pets were by far the best deal for what we wanted. Easy to use web site also. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2017

I have only recently registered with Healthy Pets after trying 8 pet insurance websites. Having spoken to Healthy Pets Insurance, I found them the most courteous and helpful by far; their website didn't fail me and Margi was a very pleasant lady to deal with answering all my queries simply. A positive and enjoyable experience. Recommended to try to avoid wasting time and ending up frustrated with nothing to show for time spent wading through a troublesome website. Although I have only just taken out my puppy insurance, I had occasion to telephone Healthy pets, about some matters I wanted clarifying. The phone was answered promptly and politely, the young lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and answered my queries professionally and clearly, explaining things to me when I wasn't sure of the replies she gave me. Very professional contact point, although the young lady was a delight to talk to I hope I don't need to speak to her in the future, but if I do I know I shall be dealt with a professional and courteous manner.
