Although I have only just taken out my puppy insurance, I had occasion to telephone Healthy pets, about some matters I wanted clarifying. The phone was answered promptly and politely, the young lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and answered my queries professionally and clearly, explaining things to me when I wasn't sure of the replies she gave me. Very professional contact point, although the young lady was a delight to talk to I hope I don't need to speak to her in the future, but if I do I know I shall be dealt with a professional and courteous manner.
