My experience with Healthy Pet Insurance had been nothing but positive. Signing up was simple and straightforward, all questions I had were answered and all information was sent to me in the post. Perfect pet insurance

Quick and easy

I was sceptical of getting insurance for my pets as I’ve heard they don’t pay out and are hard to claim through! Which meant I didn’t bother claiming for quite a few appointments! But when my cat Maizie had a ongoing skin condition I decided I needed to claim after the vet mentioned it! All I had to do was print a form of and get the vet to fill it in then send it of to Healthy Pets. I still didn’t believe I’d get the money as I didn’t even have the highest insurance option... but within ten days I had my refund! So I paid for the higher insurance as I’d had a good experience! Charlie operation

Charlie cat was having a lot of visits to vets with urinary infections. Healthy Pets were very helpful were very quick with helping out with claims. Charlie ended up having a major op which saved his life and Healthy Pets were there when we needed them . Reviewed on: 18th July 2019

A brilliant insurance company

I’ve been with Healthy Pets for 13 years now and they have always paid out all of my claims without any problems at all. They deal directly with the vets and are very fair and well priced. No hidden clauses or costs. They text me to update me on my claims which is really helpful. When one of my cats died last year, they even sent me a card! Would highly recommend.
