Service

I am so glad we popped into our nu Eaton branch of H&R BS. The lady we spoke to was lovely. Extremely efficient and made us feel at ease. When we went back with our completed form saw the same lady and again fabulous service. She is a credit to you and delivers an excellent customer service experience. Reviewed on: 26th September 2023

Most welcome

Opening an ISA account

Further to a postal ISA application, I received a follow up call. I answered a few short questions which only took a few minutes. I was then advised my account would be opened. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023

Extremely helpful & knew their products - but - not sure they fully understood HMRC rules/laws

According to Gov.uk, interest earned up to £10k will be notified to HMRC direct by the building society/ies - according to the member of H&R staff I spoke to, H&R will not do this. Other building societies have told me that all building societies do this. Do H&R inform HMRC of interested earned or not? Reviewed on: 20th September 2023

Went and collected the form filled them at home went back the funds opened the account
