Staff member very helpful, good knowlege about the various accounts. Quick service.

After a brief question about regular savers account. Filled in the forms, had a security check, all information about the account handed to me,and I opened an account. All within a short time and good face to face conversation. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Fantastic customer service

I forgot to enter my name on the application form and H&R actually rang me to sort things out. This wouldn't happen with any other company who would just return the application form in the post. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Exceptional Customer Service

I found that Mandy was extraordinarily helpful when I was looking to set up a new notice account. She bent over backwards to make sure that everything went smoothly, even though I very nearly missed the deadline for submitting my application.
