Patience is a virtue!

The staff were so patient with me. I didn't have the correct paperwork to open a savings account for my granddaughter but they kept the matter open and gently reminded me what was needed. They demonstrated a personal service rarely seen these days. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2021

Opening a new account

Wanted to open an account for our small angling club and Hinckley and Rugby were very helpful with their Treasurers Account. The account was opened very quickly and efficiently and the whole experience was excellent. Very friendly staff. Reviewed on: 15th October 2021

Power of attorney registration

Not an everyday occurence for the counter staff I'm sure but it was carried out swiftly and efficiently. Must faster than I thought it was going to take. Impressed by how the account holders security came first at all times as well as the cheerful and competant performance of the staff. Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

Quick and easy.

Couldn't have been quicker or easier. Excellent communication and pesonl attention. I've been trying since 6/9 to open a bank account with a leading bank.
