Always helpful

I chose to set up a savings for my baby son as I myself had a savings here while I was growing up. The team have always been helpful and it was lovely that the lady who served me was a lady I remember serving me when I was a lot younger (can’t remember her name!!) always smiling! Local Caring Building Society

I visited the Broughton Astley branch to open a new account recently and the staff on duty were actually from other branches and unfamiliar with where everything was stored in the branch. I commend Hinckley and Rugby for putting its customers first and maintaining operations whilst normal branch staff are off due to COVID-19. The ‘relief’ staff were extremely helpful and courteous and able to open my account promptly and provide all of the information required. Great service and product knowledge from the staff always.
