Pleasant in-branch experience

We called in at the Coalville branch to open a savings account for my very elderly mother. We did not have an appointment but the manager agreed to see us immediately and was very patient and understanding in explaining everything to my 97 year mother who is not up to date with modern technology. I had been recommended to put my savings with HRBC and after doing some research decided to go ahead. I visited the branch and was given lots of information to take away and read and went back the next day to open an account. The lady that I saw was lovely, and dealt with my application quickly amd efficiently. Really glad I went in. Reviewed on: 13th May 2022
