I found the branch clean and welcoming.

I found the branch clean and welcoming. I was not kept waiting and was warmly greeted with a smile. Mandy reviewed my application and confirmed everything with me as I would expect. She explained the process and provided me with the requisite pamphlets. The whole experience was very pleasant...keep it up! Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

Staff very helpful working under difficult conditions as the computer terminals were not fit for purpose. Its very Sad when places are so short of staff and spend most of their time apologizing for something that is not their fault. Reviewed on: 6th January 2026

Savings Account Change

I wanted to change from one savings account to another. This was dealt with very efficiently in branch, the gentleman assistant was very helpful and efficient talking me through each step. Pleasant initial phone call to branch. Spoke to a person (Neil) not automated system. Arranged a short notice appointment to suit me. I had filled in application form incorrectly but Neil sorted this for me. Opened an account to suit my needs. Reviewed on: 29th December 2025

We wanted to open Regular savings accounts for our 4 Grandchildren and make transfers from existing accounts. Questions asked online were answered very promptly [Thanks Jennifer], and then forms collected from Hinckley Branch for later completion. Both visits were very positive. Good explanations of the accounts and processes and processing of the paperwork. [Thanks Kasey and Jade]. The new accounts were visible online by the next day. Reviewed on: 12th December 2025
