The Building Society has been very made it very easy for local councils to set up new savings accounts that meet our financial regulations as well as providing a good range of savings accounts and good rates of interest. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Visit to Lutterworth Branch

We popped into the Lutterworth branch to inquire about opening some sort of account. We came out with an account chosen and opened. Natalie talk us through all options and was very informative and patient. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Was able to see a staff member (Rita) at South Wigst...

Was able to see a staff member (Rita) at South Wigston branch and open an account with making an appointment, which was extremely helpful. Rita was knowledgeable and professional throughout and ensured I understood everything without being patronising. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Rita at the H&R South Wigston branch

Wigston branch visit

I visited the Wigston branch to open an account and was seen promptly. The assistant Rita was very polite and helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I like this traditional way of dealing with customers in person. Reviewed on: 18th February 2025
