Rita was very helpful, very clear and took me through a number of options re opening a new savings account. She was very polite and smiley, as were her colleagues present also. Opening a new account

The business of opening a new account was smoothly and efficiently dealt with and staff were most helpful in helping fill out the paperwork. As we are fairly elderly ladies they were sensitive enough to move at our pace and speak clearly. the whole process took only 30minutes, a real contrast to trying to open a bank account last year, which took hours and more than one visit to a bank. True Customer Service...

Liam who served and explained the account I was interested in is an assett to TheCompany .I cannot hear very well being 83. It was such an advantage to be able to comunicate with a person and not told to go online . Reviewed on: 16th January 2025
