Good personal customer experience

Good customer experience even though there was a slight hiccup with one aspect of the process. The staff were apologetic and ready to help to complete the process to mutual satisfaction. They made the customer experience feel personal for us. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024

The staff and service at H&R Rugby is excellent.

The staff at H&R Rugby are excellent. Very friendly, very helpful and very efficient. I previously opened a 180 day notice savings account with H&R and have now opened a 180 day notice cash ISA with them. I was unaware, until the staff pointed out, that I could actually transfer the funds from the savings account direct into the cash ISA thus keeping me below the £1,000 tax threshold so thank you. Great interest rates and great experience

The interest rate was one of the best on the market.My initial phone contact was answered promptly and all queries were answered in a professional manner.The visit to the branch was also a very pleasant experience.I was greeted by Isobel who gave me an application form to fill in,and was on hand to offer advice if i was unsure about answering any of the questions,she was extremely knowledgable regarding the product and acted in a truly professional manner at all times.She was also extremely friendly and had a smile on her face at all times.H&R are lucky to have Isobel on their team Reviewed on: 20th May 2024
