The staff at Lutterworth branch are always helpful & friendly. I went in to put notice on my account to pay off a chunk of my mortgage and they let me know I could have the money straight away because of rate change - thank you for being so sincere. Reviewed on: 17th March 2025

I opened a new ISA account with you and was dealt with by Jade. I cannot praise her highly enough for helping me open my account as i tend to suffer from anxiety issues and become confused. Opening a bond

I went in to collect a form to open a bond because I couldn’t open it online. I wasn’t confident about the transfer in process as the man said I could probably only do one transfer. Which was more than my daily limit. So I ordered a cheque book and went back in. So a week later the bond I wanted had changed although it was the same rate it was a shorter term. I explained that the money would be available in my account the next day and left the form and cheque. The next day my account was classed as overdrawn as the cheque was presented straight away and debited from my account which I found very stressful. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Disgraceful service, waiting for complaints team.

Opened a postal isa account as I live in the North....I have since learned that they do not provide prepaid envelopes to enable me to operate my postal account as other financial institutions are only too willing to provide envelopes. Very disappointed from day one with the service. Spoke to head office, Tracy about same, she left me on hold 4 times to ask a supervisor the answer to my questions. 20 minutes speaking to her about a prepaid envelope. I have put in a complaint to their complaint team. Awaiting a call. Disgraceful service. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
