Great and quick service

I went into the branch to switch my account, and I was seen to immediately, and courteously. The service advisor walked me through the changes, and checked through the application afterwards to ensure that it was correct so that there would be no delay. Great service. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2024

Savings made easy

I find form filling stressful, but Jill at the Spalding Agency did all the work for me. She guided me through the process of transferring some of my money from an existing savings account into an ISA. She explained each step clearly and did not hurry me. I was very grateful. A very warm welcome

Went the extra mile
