Efficient friendly service

I opened a fix term saver. Even though there is no App with this product every step was simple & efficient and my account was opened in a couple of days. I felt comfortable with the level of security too. The staff at H&R B.S. were so lovely and friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. Reviewed on: 1st December 2023

Hinkley & Rugby 5 Year Fixed Rate ISA

Became aware of Hinkley & Rugby's 5 year 4.9% Fixed Rate ISA via money saving expert website, which you can only open an account in branch or via post. As visiting a branch was not an option, completed application form and posted off with a savings account cheque for £20k. Was a bit apprehensive about the cheque being lost in the post, but received a call from H&R BS two days after posting. To advise they had received my application form and cheque, and to make sure that i understood the product and was happy to proceed. Was very please to receive the initial phone call and following e-mail confirming account had been opened and passbook had been posted out. The service i have received has been excellent and would not hesitate to recommend H&R BS to anyone. Reviewed on: 30th November 2023

application for fixed rate ISA

Interesting interest.

Called into the Coalville branch to redesign my savings plan. After completing a previous plan I received some quality service from the Staff about a new plan. They helped me to go thru' the application form after choosing a reasonable interest bearing savings plan. I found HRBS an efficient company with High street branches for customers to seek advise an decide, in the comfort of their office, which plan to go for. A very friendly, efficient Building Society.
