Most welcome

Opening an ISA account

Further to a postal ISA application, I received a follow up call. I answered a few short questions which only took a few minutes. I was then advised my account would be opened. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023

Extremely helpful & knew their products - but - not sure they fully understood HMRC rules/laws

According to Gov.uk, interest earned up to £10k will be notified to HMRC direct by the building society/ies - according to the member of H&R staff I spoke to, H&R will not do this. Other building societies have told me that all building societies do this. Do H&R inform HMRC of interested earned or not? Reviewed on: 20th September 2023

Went and collected the form filled them at home went back the funds opened the account

A Genuine Interest in helping the Local community

Caven showcased the society’s keen interest to help the local community. He sat me and my mother down as he saw she was really upset when considering what to do with inheritance. We thought he was the manager within the branch but he very humbly told us that he wasn’t and was just a student in Lutterworth yet still demonstrated extensive knowledge and understanding of our situation Reviewed on: 9th September 2023
