Great personal service

All the customer service representatives have been so helpful and you do feel as though you are being treated as an individual. You do not feel as though you are speaking to a robot who is reading from a script. I have not yet had to make a claim but I am hopeful that will be dealt with positively when the time arises. Overall Good Experience

I ordered through ComparetheMarket, and when I completed the process, I checked the cover, and it wasn't very clear on the cover being per person when taking our couples insurance. Perhaps on the table it could say per person not per policy? I had to check this on live chat, who was very helpful. Overall a good experience. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025
