Would recommend can do without the AI

I had to ask some questions before doing my renewal. I HATE the stupid AI stuff. Please let me speak to a human immediately not have to go through the useless AI. Also would like an email address to email a human out of hours to get an answer. Sorry if I sound old but the AI just does not work. Apart from that the booking process works well asking questions as you go. Lets you enter medical conditions and add extras at the end. I do think a £750 gadgets cover is pretty ridiculous as who has a phone worth less then that these days. I would still recommended Holidays Extras despite the couple of minor niggles I have. I am sure some people might like the AI stuff. Reviewed on: 7th May 2025

Making a claim and renewal very poor

Have been trying to process a claim since August 2025 which is still not resolved. Have had to resubmit documents three times and make several calls. Very disappointed. The auto renewal in December 2025 was painful with conflicting emails and texts about the policy being renewed , then not being renewed. Reviewed on: 6th January 2026

Browse, exit then wait for discount email

First you browse and exit, then a day later an email arrives with a 20% discount. Always the same so why not just discount the price on the first visit? Reviewed on: 5th January 2026
