Excellent "customer experience" and VALUE-4-MONEY

This was an excellent "customer experience". Everything was simple and did not need any intuitive thinking! Clear language and the online click-through was top notch. There were some additional extra options but, there was never any sense of a "hard sell". Then to payment stage - JOB DONE. GREAT VALUE-4-MONEY on both single trip and annual policy options! This is the second time we have used Holiday Extras...

This is the second time we have used Holiday Extras for Cruise travel insurance. The set up was easy, although it would be nice if you could transfer the medical conditions from one policy to another to save having to enter them again each time. Prices both times were reasonable.
