Overall, customer service was good

Overall, customer service was good but it took a few days to sort out the cover because Holiday Extras needed to refer back to the underwriter. So trying to renew the travel insurance was more painful than normal Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Straight forward - hoping better than other services
