I had to call as I was unable to complete my renewal online. The advisor I spoke to was extremely helpful, and guided me through the products available. Excellent Customer Service, Great Price

We received our renewal for our holiday insurance and yes, the price had increased slightly, but it was still a competitive price for the cover we require. The process for renewal was straight forward but on paying (online) the payment could not be processed. I contacted customer service who picked up the call in around 2-3 minutes and I spoke to a lovely gentleman who assisted me with my payment. Policy renewed so I am a happy customer.
