I booked & paid for Gold Multi coverage yesterday 10/09/24. But I had put in my holiday dates for 17/12/2024 to 16/01/2025, but policy came through as starting 10/09/2024 which meant I was losing out on several months before travel...I contacted agent on "Live Chat" and he addressed my issue within a matter of minutes by changing policy to commence on 07/12/2024 which let's me enjoy my holiday and will cover me for future holidays throughout 2025 Reviewed on: 11th September 2024
