Fantastic Service

I have been a regular customer of Holiday Extras for a number of years. I find them competitive, easy to use, and offering great products. I recently started using their app but I couldn’t get a new travel insurance quote to go through to completion (which I thought was because of my health condition) so I called them and spoke to Karen, who was really helpful & understanding. She did everything that she said she would, and even passed across all my details to a colleague to call me when Karen was unable to.
