My renewal payment did not go through automatically due to a banking glitch so I had to phone to renew. The phone was answered quickly and the handler was very helpful, spoke good English and explained everything fully. I organised holiday insurance for both my adult children last year on line and it was quick and easy to do plus a very reasonable price for annual insurance. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

We always use Holiday Extras for travel insurance and airport parking. It's super easy to organise, the app is really helpful.
