Excellent service from Holiday Extras

We had an experience before that we had a 14hrs delay in Venice and when we claimed when we came back immediately we were paid for the delayed flight. Also because of that delay we are also worried about our parking booked with Holiday Extras and when I called them from Venice about the delay because I only paid for the 6 hours after arrival but the receptionist was very helpful and assured us that its ok, there will be no extra payment because it is beyond our control…..
