Keeping Families Together

Holidaysafe insurance has allowed my elderly Mum to join us on family holidays and also trips to visit grandchildren who now live abroad. They were great when the recent lockdown happened allowing my Mum to cancel her insurance and get a refund outwith the Ts&Cs when it became clear that our trip to Sweden in May wouldn't be able to go ahead. I was recommended by my daughter to holiday safe so tried it pleased with the quote and when we went away last year and my husband was ill I didn't expect much when I rang to tell them when we arrived home but the customer service was excellent when I got in touch prompt service very pleased definitely the holiday insurance company for me Reviewed on: 25th July 2020

HolidaySafe is an automatic go-to when sorting my holiday itinerary.

All you can ask for, and more, when sorting out your holiday insurance. Booking travel insurance used to be a daunting experience, something last on your list of preparations before your trip. Filling out and printing heaps of paperwork, ensuring you've given a day by day itinerary, etc. Thankfully, not anymore. I have used HolidaySafe on a number of occasions and have recommended it to family and friends. In a world where technology is constantly changing, and "old ways" of doing business get left behind and appear as stale, HolidaySafe provide a very modern and thorough service. The process is quick and stress-free. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. My experience has taken no longer than 10 minutes when booking my insurance, after which, as a customer, I am left with confidence and satisfaction. There is no reason for me to look elsewhere. Health issues

I have used HolidaySafe ins for 3 or 4 years now and always receive a competitive quote considering my husband has some health issues that need declaring . I’ve never needed to make a claim so can’t comment but their call staff are always helpful . It’s worth mentioning that I had a full refund for a policy at the beginning of Covid due to our holiday being cancelled so therefore didn’t require the policy to go ahead . Portugal Brain Tumour

A very dear friend of mine was diagnosed with a brain tumour while on a motorbike track experience holiday in Portugal last year. He ,his wife and daughter had an horrendous time getting back to England as he was not allowed to fly . But Holiday Safe paid for all Hospital and travel expenses without any questions.
