Happy Days

As I remember the process to get the insurance was straightforward as there were a number of hurdles to negotiate regarding past illnesses but it was all dealt with with the least amount of fuss. We have not had to claim so we are unable to comment but long may it so be. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017

Have never had to claim but telephone staff are always very friendly & helpful.

I know I'm Covered!

I feel very comfortable that the HolidaySafe approac to medical screening has ensured that my conditions have been correctly identified and included for cover. The approach of first asking about medication/treatments then conditions these are being used for I think means I have more comprehensively disclosed, and therefore covered, my conditions: more so than the usual reverse approach to screening. Good value for money
