Supported us through a minor disaster whilst on holiday in Jamaica. Kept in regular contact for the duration of a hospital stay and rebooked our return flight home several times when hurricane Beryl closed the airport. Settled our claim quickly and fairly. I find it very easy as I do it online and it asks for exactly what it needs to know. I also find it good as it asks for what medication you take and then comes up with options for taking them, so you just have to click on the ailment. Reviewed on: 19th September 2024
