Good logical process to obtain correct cover

Obtaining the necessary cover inclusive of existing medical conditions proved to be generally OK, however the reason I am only giving them a 4 star review is the addition of an extra charge for cruising even though we were merely traveling on an inland river cruise, hardly a great cause for concern compared to the very large sea going liners.
