Great service and fair prices for existing illnesses. We had been with another company for many years for our annual travel insurance without ever having to make a claim so we were horrified at the quote we received after my husband had treatment for cancer even though his treatment had finished, we were recommended Staysafe travel insurance by people on a cancer forum that we belonged to and were very happy with the quote Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

I had to make a claim as my wife had a massive stroke we had to cancell our holiday for her 80th birthday I contacted holiday safe who took all the worry away did everthing the phone contact help me in every way to make a claim they then payved out in full saving us over £2.000 Iv lost my wife since l have used holiday safe twice since will never use anyone else Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Outstanding Travel insurance- trusted for years.ive used Holiday Safe many times over the years and i genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my travel insurance.They are consistently thorough especially when it comes to discussing medical conditions.What really proved their worth was in 2016 when I was hospitalised in South Africa . It was a stressful time but HolidaySafe handled everything proffesionaly and compassionately. They covered a sign I can’t claim without any hassle which gave me real peace of mind when I needed it most.Yhey have earned my full confidence and I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for reliable,responsive and trustworthy travel insurance.
